Howard Barth

Howard Barth has over 30 years of experience providing accounting and consulting services to individuals, organizations, and private companies in the Greater Toronto Area and Southern Ontario.

Born and raised in Toronto, Howard earned his MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University in 1976 and became a Chartered Accountant in 1979. After several years with KPMG, Howard opened his own firm in 1986 and has worked with dozens of clients spanning multiple industries including hospitality, food and beverage, manufacturing, professional services, mining, and more.

Howard’s expertise is wide-ranging and covers audit, review engagement, compilations, tax planning, tax advisory, business consulting, and R&D credits. He has worked extensively with private individuals, non-profit organizations, and both private and public companies.

Howard Shen

Howard Shen is a Fellow of Certified General Accountants of Canada (FCGA) and received the Certified General Accountant (CGA) designation in 2002. Howard has extensive experience in serving the needs of various clientele including private businesses, commissioned salespersons, and professionals. He provides professional services in the areas of taxation, accounting, financial planning, business and software consulting.

Howard is a graduate of York University and is a former president of the Chinese Professionals Association of Canada (2006 – 2010).
